Create a Responsive WP Blog Template

Hi freelancers! I need a wordpress blog template designed. Keeping the template simple I require following features: 1. It should be responsive 2. It should be SEO optimized 3. It should be compatible with yoast, visual composer, woo-commerce, contact form 7, cache plugin (any) and ithemes security. 4. Shop should be responsive and unique. 5. Theme options panel to edit theme. 6. Ads ready. 7. Documentation of theme. 8. And one of the most important is that the theme should not be the copy of any theme available on themeforest, template monster, mythemeshop, woothemes and other markets. Only freelancers who are serious and have some experience in this field post bids. If the theme is found to be copy of a already present theme no payments will be made. 25% funds will be released during theme building process (in the begining or mid) 75% will be released when the theme is delivered and tested. Payment will be made if everything goes fine. Freelancer with minimum budget & time required and maximum output will be prefered.
