Project Title: Develop Zendesk functions using Zendesk API Description: I am looking for a developer who can help me make a demo of some specific Zendesk functions using the Zendesk API. Functions which we need to have in demo is as below : Utilize Zendesk API to develop the following functions : 1. Sign up new user to Zendesk: Create a simple signup page with the following information : Name, Email address, password. We use Zendesk API to create new Zendesk User (sign up) with these information. (*)Note : - We do not want it to send notification email to the user when create new user. - If there is a user already exist for the given email sign up information, display error. - Be able to sign in by both API as well as on Zendesk website. 2. Sign in user to Zendesk: Create a simple sign in page with the following information: Email address, password We use Zendesk API to sign in the user to Zendesk. (*)Note : - Display error if cannot sign in. 3. Update user profile: We want you to use custom fields to store some more additional information of the user. 4. Contact Form page: User can send enquiries via Zendesk Contact Form page. 5. Change sign in password: Create a simple page allowing user to change sign in password, with following information : Email address, new password We use Zendesk API to change user's sign in password. (*)Note : - We do not want it to send notification email to the user when change sign in password. - Display error in case failed to change password. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in PHP is required, as the preferred coding language for development. - Deep Experience with Zendesk API, has worked on projects that using Zendesk API. - Strong understanding of ticketing systems and customer support workflows is a plus. Access to Zendesk API: - I already have everything needed to access the Zendesk API, so no additional assistance is required in this regard. If you are a skilled PHP developer with experience in Zendesk API and have a good understanding of ticketing systems, I would love to work with you on this project. Please provide examples of previous work and your approach to developing Zendesk functions using the Zendesk API.
