Hello, I just saw the screenshot, it looks like the file doesn't exist so maybe it was not uploaded correctly. Did the error just start happening out of nowhere ? Maybe the HD is full ? Or perhaps is it a permission issue ? I'd be interested in taking a closer look. Thanks

I do a lot of web debugging, particularly javascript, php and http. Looking at the error it seems like the image didn't get copied to where the plugin was going to process it, maybe it couldn't be copied due to permission error or the file didn't actually get uploaded, those are just guesses with out actually seeing it first hand.
