Google PageRank and indexed pages notifier

Need a web based script that would check a list of sites daily for Page Rank changes and Google indexed page changes, and would send an email with the results on daily basis. The script would accept a list of sites from clipboard or .txt file and store it. I would also need to have a simple online dashboard where I would see all sites presented to me in one place with the PR values and indexed pages values, in the dashboard I would also need to have an option to add/delete sites and change email adress for notification. The daily checking for new values should be done several times and from different sources, to avoid errors in the output results.
