I have a real estate website using a template (templatemonster / Bellaina). I am now looking to connect the website to our software system. Our software provider can do this by two different options : - Iframes: [login to view URL] The iframe feature is styled using our default ‘out of the box’ format which is styled to a fixed width. Alternatively it can be customised via the stylesheet located on our servers. This can be edited by the 3rd party designer by logging in to the agents branch in Expert Agent, and downloading the powering stylesheet. The agent will need to create you your own login to their Expert Agent branch in order to do this. We have 2 search features available that work in conjunction with the iframe features; a JQuery radius search, or a Javascript area search. The latter being our slightly more basic option, but often very suitable for many agents. If you choose to use the Iframe features to populate your website, we can provide you with either search code to implement. XML Feed: [login to view URL] An XML feed can be set up for the agency, and will provide full control over the front end appearance of the property data, and also what property data you wish to display. It will be made available by FTP to be picked up and processed into the agents website. The 3rd party designer will need to code and implement a search feature to work in conjunction with the xml feed. The styling of the property data when using the xml feed will also sit with the 3rd party designer, and will also allow for a responsive layout to be achieved. I am looking to know is this possible and if so how much would this cost?
