Hubspot customization

We are a merchant processing company need to build out hubspot Things we want to have built. There may be more but this would be an amazing start. 1 sales and leads tracking by lead source And rep 2 lead routing to rep by source 3 ability to create DocuSign applications for newtek, nab and paylo( processors) 4. Call reporting by rep, also need to track calls per lead 5 create dispositions for each lead and calls Want to force reps to have to update before they can go to new record. Dispositions include , open no contact, attempting contact, contacted not interested, interested, call back, app out, app in, approved, denied, equipment shipped and started processing 6 Dashboard for all major metric Number of leads per day and month, number of calls per day per month, apps out, apps in. Approved deals, monthly processing , app submission to approval times, approval to equipment shipped , approval to up and processing, dashboard on rep activity and success by month by date . Track leads by category such as restaurant, hvac etc. So we can focus marketing 7 . Track hot leads or ones that have expressed interest 8. Ability to create mass email by rep and same with texting 9. Ability to add form letters that can be merged and sent out with one click . Example intro letter, cash discount laws, equipment ordering forms etc 10 Ability to track referrals and commissions for Iso's and referal partners. Would be great if they had their own login . Also track leads by source and status of those leads 11. Track residuals from each processor by acct 12. Auto emails sent for things like customer service and auto email when lead come in letting customer know account has been assigned to xxx and provide reps number 13 Create library for documents and materials. 14. Ability to create marketing and direct mail by business type or geography 15. Ability to get leads into system by jot form and ability to assign by rules . 16. Set up daily call lists for reps 17 integrate mail I.e Gmail into hubspot.
