Your task is to implement a e-mailer plugin which does following: - check if wp mail smtp by wpforms is installed - if installed use the wp mail smtp plugin for sending e-mail - if not installed use the wordpress default the config UI under wordpress "tools" menu a section for uploading files: - a upload dialog to a (hard coded) directory which allows XLSX and ODS files a section for sending e-mails: - input fields: - from address - to addresses - cc addresses - bcc addresses - subject - input text area for the body - select box for priority of the e-mail - a select box to select a previously uploaded file - a button "send email" todo: - object oriented programming only - upload handing is implemented in your new and named FileUploadHandler class - sending handling is implemented in your new and named SendEMailHandler class - you develop on your machine and deliver to our git. From here we zip the plugin and upload it on our env. if you know plugins, which handle the job already, we are fine to take your suggestions too. We have more plugins to develop, so you even get more work for your honest consulting.... Plugin can be installed, activated, deactivated, uninstalled and of course updated.
