Integrate Metronic HTML template with Laravel

All Freelancers: I already have chosen a freelancer to deliver this project. This project is involves the extension of an existing Laravel site. The project has 5 key items that need to be delivered: 1. Survey Form Builder 2. Integrate Stripe payment handling 3. Subscriber settings for website administrators 4. User subscription 5. Manage subscriber list Each of these items need to be fully functional and tie in to the existing framework of the site. Please refer to the attached document which details the process for users that are subscribing to the site. The items with a red border are some of the deliverables for this phase of the project.
