We are seeking a skilled programmer to develop a web-based tool using PHP that incorporates either Google Maps or OpenStreetMaps. This tool aims to allow every visitor to set a marker on the map either by clicking on a house/location or by entering an address. Additionally, users should be able to upload 1-5 photos for each marker, and the system should automatically record the date of entry. Key Features: Map Integration: The tool will utilize either Google Maps or OpenStreetMaps to provide an interactive and visually appealing map interface. Marker Placement: Users will have the ability to set markers on the map by either clicking on a specific house/location or by entering an address manually. Photo Upload: The tool should allow users to upload between 1 and 5 photos for each marker they create. The photos should be securely stored and associated with the corresponding marker. Data Entry: The tool should allow users to add fill in some field with details about the object. Automatic Date Entry: When a marker is created, the system should automatically record the date of entry for reference purposes. The entries will have to be moderated by an admin/mod Team, no automatic display of the entries. Technical Requirements: PHP Programming: The tool will be developed using PHP, ensuring its compatibility with a wide range of web hosting environments. Map API Integration: The chosen programmer should be proficient in integrating either the Google Maps API or the OpenStreetMaps API into the tool, enabling the map functionality.
