Joomla community component

ONLY APPLY IF YOU CREATED SOME JOOMLA COMMUNITY OR ORGANISATION COMPONENT. We have joomla 3 site where we need to create or modify some joomla community component who has exact what our client need. It is charity organisation similar to the Lions club. It is an organization that has a different group of clubs (under organisation) that each have their own users and information about the organisation. Of course there are some fields (own data) under the users like personal information, business information and other fields depends on the organisation = club. There should be posibility to change the users club because some user can go from one club to other depends on they progress (its charity orginisation like lions club). This is short intro. What is the clue here that there is nice layout and that we can use some of community component like joomla community builder or any other that can be modified per client needs.
