Modify an existing PHP application

Our company has a Magento store. Due to the nature of our business, the customer is able to select their preferred delivery date for each item, even if its in the same order. Because of this, we have built our own external application that fetches all incoming orders from Magento and reorders them based on the selected delivery dates. Every item within an order is expressed as a row on a table. The application is built on PHP and it's quite simple. What we need is the following: 1) Debugging: Currently, when an order enters and there are several items whith different delivery dates, the application is assigning all of the items the same delivery date instead of their own. 2) The application fetches from Magento every 20 minutes or so. This is fine, but we would like to add a "REFRESH" button so that we can execute a refresh on demand as well. 3) Remove one validation: One of the fields, where you add Invoice number only takes numbers. We should be able to enter other characters. 4) Add a bootstrap template to the View. Specifically this will give desgin responsiveness and also allo us to filter and search orders dynamically on the table: [login to view URL] 5) Add an export function: We want to be able to select certain orders (probably by adding a checkbox column) and export them as a csv file with a certain format (Name, Last Name, Street Address, Street Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Phone)
