Modify Wordpress Plugin to Export Additional Column

We are using a plugin called "Advanced Order Export for WooCommerce" to export our orders to a CSV file. We would like to import this file to a shipping software. The shipping software requires a column with the format: {SKU}-{Quantity}; for each product. For example, if someone bought 2 SKU9 and 4 SKU10, the field should contain: SKU9-2;SKU10-4; The export plugin we use does not have this option, so we need someone to modify it to include this new column. Project details below: 1. Modify plugin so export file includes a field for SKU-Quantity 2. The new column should contain the SKU for each product ordered, and the quantity, separated by a dash. Multiple products are separated by a ; 3. example: SKU9-2;SKU10-4; 4. Attached is an example of the current format, and what the new format would be (new column called 'SKU-Quantity') 5. If possible, use a hook to modify the plugin. If that is not possible, you can modify the core plugin, but I need to know specifically what was changed so we can avoid overwriting when the plugin is updated. 6.
