Moodle newsletter module

Hi There, I have a module where Admin can send newsletter or anything like Gmail. In Gmail : when we send a new mail then we select " Compose" and fill all the details and sent... Same thing I have in moodle .. Where you can send mail (like newsletter with editor customization ) in group or certain peoples. And whoever receives the mail it will go with " CC " Please initiate a chat so that we can discuss more and I can suggest you better. I have been working on E-learning platform :- Moodle , SuiteCRM, Joomoodle, Mahara, Blackboard, custom LMS, WebCT, "SCORM", Salesforce, SugarCRM etc for 7 years and already completed more than 218 projects successfully. I have worked on Moodle different versions like 1.8,1.9,2.x and now 3.2 &3.3 & 3.4 & 3.5 & 3.6 & 3.7 & 3.8 & 3.9. Regards:- Tanuj
