I need 2 PHP pages and script that will send an email

Step 1) I need a php webpage that will run a SQL query on a MySQL DB: “Leads table” and populate columns on the webpage, I don’t need design, just info. Also we will need a column for an audio file that the user can click to stream the mp3 audio. This audio file will be obtained by running a 2nd SQL query that will take the parameter “ID” from the results of the first query. There will be a final column to the right that will be a link with the text “Approve Lead”. When the user clicks this link, Step 2 will be invoked. Step 2) I need a script created that will take the Lead “ID” parameter from the last step. This ID will be used to run a lookup on the “Leads table” and find the “Lead-Owner ID”. This Lead-Owner ID will be used to look up the email address in another table in the same DB and you can use this to send the email. This email will be html with a subject, my logo, a footer, simple message and a link with parameters. By clicking this link, the user will go to step 3). Step 3) The link will open a PHP webpage that, based on the link parameters, will show the lead information for the specific lead based on the “Lead ID”/link parameters and pulled from the Leads table. The audio will also need to be shown (refer to Step 2). I would like my logo and a simple footer so the page looks “presentable”. Also I would like some kind of security so that the user cant modify the link manually and get other leads. When the link clicked and webpage opened, I want to INSERT into a table, the link, lead id, Lead-Owner ID, email address, Public IP that clicked the link and the web browser used and a datetime stamp to record the time the page was opened. Additional requirement: Once the PHP page is opened in step 3, the link and page should expire after 72 hours. After Expiration, I will want a static page that has my logo, footer and text like “we are sorry, this page has expired. Please contact your account representative for help.”
