need 7 simple css websites (templates allowed)

Don't get overwhelmed by the detailed description. All you need to do is find a css template online, and modify it to fit my html template style and linking structure. My code will generate the rest of the site based on your templates which you will make. ------------------------------------------- I've got a centralized data source serving cached data in serialized php or xml format. I also have the php code which parses and grabs that data from the remote server and does paging, etc. I have 9 domain names, each one with specific keywords in the domain name. I will hire 5 developers for this project (to do two sites each) to go out and build a website for each of these sites. I don't care how the website looks, but I have certain criteria: ## Deliverables Criteria: 1) I will provide a default template that will be SEO optimized. In this template I will specify exactly where and how I want the html website to be. For example, I will have the template of where I need title tags, meta, body, h1, div, footer, and linking structure. 2) The final product website must be 100% DTD Strict 3) The final must have an EXTERNAL css file link - no inline css will be tolerated, everything must using stylesheet classes 4) The final product website will be generated using your template and a PHP script which will generate static files for each product in my database, so your templates should be based on mine and capable of containing different data. 5) The templates you will need to make, and preserve my initial seo optimized html structure: x) a homepage with a 728x90 banner with the final product in a JPEG file and the original source file x) the homepage should have 6 images that you will download and resize from a related promotional website for a product from my list sized at 125x125 pixels. x) a contact form page which I will provide you with the template source code for, which will submit the data to another server (you are not going to write the contact form script) x) a page for each product in my database (will autogenerate using my script) x) a google sitemap xml file for each page on the website (will autogenerate using my script) x) an analysis: based on the domain name you receive, you will go to google and research google keyword search to find which keywords cost the most amount of money that are the most closely related to the keywords of the domain. x) on the homepage you will write a 450-500 word summary about the different products and uses of products in the category x) you will make 5 static pages on the website using the template (php using smarty or something similar). the static pages will contain links to other websites which have similar products, and will list 10 products per page from each remote site in 2 columns and one row per product. the first column will be 20% wide and will have the thumbnail, the second column will have a DIV, the div will have the product name, the second div underneath it will have the product description. x) the maximum dimensions of the website can't exceed 760pixels x) the website must have no javascript at all x) the website must be in php =5.1 x) the website must be using some templates system, so the data is stored in an external xml file or text files, we'll decide later x) if you are hosting an external images you MUST have an ALT tag x) all href anchors MUST have a title attribute x) the website must have these folders in the deliverable folder: /img/ --will store all images that we are hosting (not remote companies) /img/banners/ --will store the header banner here /style/ --will store the style sheet here /data/ --will store the xml data or serialized arrays or text data here /data/[login to view URL] --will contain a list in the format [keywords][keyword value='keyword' popularity='' cost='']][/keywords] / --root directory where you will have [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] --the generated sitemap [login to view URL] --will be global included on top of the template [login to view URL] --will be generated automatically and added to the [login to view URL] 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
