Online invoicing system

I want a online system to do the following: - General - Web 2.0 style, ajax communication - Registration * allow user to self registration, modify password/company info, recovery passsowrd * create multiple companies under one account - create new order * orders: purchase order, sales order, invoices * pick a old sales order and create an invoice (data is automatically copied from so into the invoice) * orders need to handle product-based invoice as well as service-based invoice - modify order * allow order cancellation. Old order needs to be stayed in the system for audit purpose * changes made to the order needs to be logged in the database - list orders * search order based on Order No, customer info such as phone, name...etc * general browsing - just look at order based on date (the most recent listed first) - print orders * order can be outputed online to pdf - customization * allow user to specify logo, and select templates * templates needs to be in xml or other well-known invoice template * needs to provide at least 2 templates, additional templates will be requested as new projects * template will be industry specific - trading, interior design for example
