OpenCart Mods

I want you to build custom mods and approve or suggest mods that are already available. 1) Visible and Invisible per customer/customer group content. a) Guests and Retail groups can only see products that are in stock. b) Wholesale groups can see all products and even order products that are not in stock. We will manufacture those. c) Some wholesale clients have products exclusive and designed for them. Different per customer. I want each customer to gain access to their exclusive products. 2) Minimum Quantities. a) Guests and Retail groups minimum will be small count pieces 1-3-5-12 etc. b) Wholesale groups minimum is by packing quantity. Packing quantity is different per product. It can be 20-40-80 or 100-200-300 etc. (because it has to be manufactured). At the moment one of the wholesale groups has a minimum of 1 pack and another has a minimum of 3 packs. In the future I wish to be able to make more wholesale groups with other minimum multiple. *I’m thinking of placing a multiple per customer group to be the minimum number of packs and add two columns for “wholesale packing quantity” and “retail packing quantity” where I can import our packing per product. Especially for this one compatibility with import .xlsx is important to me since I’m starting with more than 15.000 products. Except if you can suggest another way. 3) Pricing affected by multiple color options Some products have 200+ colors. I have come to a conclusion that we need every design in every color to be an individual product. If so, how do I link them in the same product page so the customer just picks a color as if it was an option and not reloading pages all the time? Unfortunately this action will result to 200.000 product rows. Can OpenCart deal with that assuming i will move to a capable host or vps? Would Magento be a better option to process so many products? I never tried it! 4) Barcode stock update Scanning a product by a PC or android, inputting quantity and have my stock quantity updated live. Looks like it’s mandatory to have separate products for each color to have that function. I need this function to move stock that’s pilling up for ages. *Looking at [login to view URL] 5) Discounts. a) Products in stock get global discount for certain period of time and only up to the quantity of actual stock.
