PHP MySQL Website and Design - Profiles, blog, forum etc.

Need to have a complete website designed and programmed. MySQL and PHP Color themes will be red, white, blue, with a little gray. Need graphics as well. Here is an example picture: [login to view URL] Site will be PHP, MySQL. Below are description, but here is a link as an example. (This is just a plain draft) [login to view URL] Homepage: Site will have a homepage, where most of the information is pulled from the MySQL database. (This text will be entered and updated through an Admin Interface) There from page will also have some php includes. About Page: This will be a standard about page. We will enter the about information later. Fill text and just be entered for now. FAQs: Fill questions and text can be entered for now. Join Page: This can be one big signup page, or multiple signup pages - or even ajax tabs. - Users will enter their information, then have the information posted to the database. They will then checkout with the option of Google Checkout and Paypal. (note this can be integrated and we will update the email addresses and other information for Paypal and google in the code later) This join page will be for the profiles, internal network, forum, chat room etc. Blog: Note this will be separate users. Not tied to the network from the private signup. This will be public where anyone can signup and post a blog and comment etc. - But before a blog displays live on the site, it will FIRST have to be reviewed and then activated in the admin interface. This will be a standard blog. With archives, a calendar, users, comments etc. News page: This will be a news page, where the content is pulled from the database. - The title and body will be entered in the Admin interface, and the date will be generated when posted. Petitions: This will also not be tied to the signup form or internal network. - This will will have separate user names. - Users can create new petitions by entering the title, category, description and signature goal. - This will then get posted to the database and an email will be sent to the admin. Then the petition will have to be ACTIVATED in the Admin interface to be displayed. People can also sign the petitions. Forum: This will be a standard forum, tied into the usernames of the private signup. This is not public and can only be accessed if you have signed up, paid and are logged in. Chat room: This will be a private chat room for people who signed up, paid and are logged in. Browse Users: The browse and search pages will be for members who are logged in. People can view others profiles and private message them and send them an invite to be their friend. Profile page: After a user signs up, pays and logs in - they will be taken to their profile. - In their profile they can read private messages, message friends, etc.
