Hello! This approach might lead nowhere. What I can offer is to migrate the site to Linux VPS (at an Australian provider of your choice) and then use FFMPEG. Obviously the monthly cost would be higher (roughly AUD 20-25), but you'd get guaranteed amount of resources, without any other restrictions, than the virtual machine itself. Hey, I actually have a better idea of doing this. My approach would be to use python to create a simple api endpoint that pulls the image from the camera using python and opencv, there is also an ffmpeg library in python and may be possible to completely substitute ffmpeg using another python library such as opencv, I can achieve this for you , please let me know your thoughts on this.
