Redirect drupal 6 site from http to https in .htaccess file

I need my .htaccess file re-written so that my Drupal 6 website: #1 it will re-direct all http requests to https. #2 In addition, non-www requests must be re-written as www request. Number two is currently working fine, and has been working for a long time. In addition, both http and https work just fine. However, when I try to change the .htaccess file using different examples from online to redirect http traffic, none of them work. I've tried several different code snippets from online examples, so I think there is something else in my .htaccess file that is "messing things up". I've attached my htaccess file so you can see it. After you tell me what changes to make, I'll test it out and see if your changes work. But you need to be confident that it will work after no more than two attempts in total.
