Report to be created, saved in DB & in PDF format

We are a school & offer different courses for our students. We record attendance of the students & have notes about how the student participated in each attendance. The attendance will be initially called as appointments. After the student appears in an appointment, attendance is recorded & participation details are saved. At the end of the course, we need to generata summary report which summarizes all the attendance participation details, their attendance percentage, what we was expected to achieve in the beginning of the course and what is achieved at the end, what is the recommendation for the future etc. Most of the data will come from the attendance records & some data should be taken via a form display. The process to be done is the following 1. We have a page where all the courses list is displayed. A "Generate End Report" button is display in each row. The AdminUser will click on the this button 2. A form will be displayed which will have fields to get the additional details that do not exist in the attendance record. The user will fill all the details & click "Generate" button 3. When the Generate button is clicked, you need to retrieve the rest of the details from attendance records & save the final data in database -> generate a PDF of the same -> PDF will be saved in a specific folder -> the pdf file name will be saved in database 4. Another button "Send End Report" will be activated when a End Report exists. Clicking on this button, the PDF will be sent as attachment in an email template to the selected person. Notes: 1. Step 3: The code for "the details to be retrieved from attendance records" already exists. You can call the method & it will give you all the data 2. PDF Format already exists as scan. We use HTML PDF Template. The PDF Template format is very similar to Attendance Record PDF Template. You will make a copy of it & modify it as needed. 3. You have to use Gitlab. You should test your work locally and then commit to Gitlab. I will pull the latest code from Gitlab & test it locally. When everything is fine, then it will be deployed in server for use 4. Sending email code already exists. You will make a copy of an existing email template and modify the content. Put the variables & use the template to send out email 5. You will be working in an existing project. A sample database will be provided to you to work locally
