Roleplay Computer Aided dispatch

Hello, I'm looking for someone to create myself and my role play community a CAD (computer aided dispatch) system. We're preferably wanting it to be a UK CAD system as we role play the London Met Police. This is what the system MUST include: User login Integration; Create case numbers; Character Database; Vehicle Database; Timestamp actions; Update incidents as they unfold; Allocate field personnel to incidents; Generate and archive incidents raised by the public or first responder; Record availability of field personnel; Incident life cycle management from creation, to dispatch and reporting; Analytics; field personnel Status; Emergency Panic button; Records Management System /Easily Tracked and Searchable Records; Intuitive User Interface; User-Friendly Design; Customisation Call Signs / Units; Unit cad update chat for adding remarks and updates. Fully customisation of the colours themes, logos, etc. These are some of the features we are looking for: Bulk dispatch with multi-agency drag and drop; Tones for things, like officer panic button activation, to tell you you have been attached to a call. We are looking for website and software visions so the community members can designed witch one they want. If software can't be designed then just a website.
