Setup and Configure Server for VOD Software

Am planning on running a VOD project with a dedicated server from [login to view URL] (Click here to see server details: [login to view URL]) am using VideoShare VOD software - [login to view URL] I need the following done: 1, I need my server configured to enable me run the VOD software. The following softwares below required to be installed on the server: Apache2 Version 2.2 or higher mod_rewrite must be enabled PHP Version 5.2.7+, 5.3.x GD library, MySQL and XSL extensions must be installed PHP CLI (Command Line Interface) must be installed MySQL The Latest version of PHP InnoDB must be installed Transcoding mencoder / MPlayer 1.0RC2 ffmpeg additional codecs Ruby and flvtool2 2, I need a Control Panel installed on the server so i can managed the server through a GUI. I want a free control panel like Open Panel but am open to suggestions. 3, Also need Wordpress installed and the following wordpress plugins installed: VideoShare VOD, myCRED and s2Member 4, Also need a suggestion on what video theme to use.
