i'm searching to get a (small) cms or wordpress plug-in to create a digitale magazine,
it has to be easy to use, and has to have some animation in it.
we'd prefer that it works with html5/parallax scrolling, but if there is a better platform for it we are open to other suggestions.
the content needs to be manageable and editable for non programmers and it must get a uniq URL for every magazine we publish (if this is an automatic proces or export proces whatever is best, but prefer both), currently i am trying to find out of this is affordable to make by one of you guys. so if you can mail/msg me the details on how you would proceed in this project and the costs then we can have a great project.
for the design you are also free to use whatever you want, we do require to use are basic colour/house style.

I hope this finds you well. We spoke yesterday on Freelancer chat about the WordPress Plugin that you require built. I have applied for a trial for WP-Magazine plugin and will receive test credentials within 24 hrs but so far after a high level discussion with the team we conclude that a mini version of such a plugin is possible that will be based on:
1) Responsive wordpress magazine theme (There are plenty of themes available and we can choose the one that offers a robust page builder tool). This can be a paid theme as well. Our study shows that magazine sites generally use page builder template options.
2) The HTML5 animations that we will build having a basic set of animations such as slide up, slide down, left to right and vice versa with images and text. Please note that as discussed the HTML5 animation will not be as robust as the Flash animations from Wp-Magazine.
A high level estimate for this is 300 hours and US$4500. I hope to hear from you soon.
