I need a code to enable woocommerce shipping options to be shown at checkout, regardless of the bill and shipping address entered. This code will prevent the "No shipping methods" error message at checkout. The available checkout methods have been imported by a dropshipping plugin that imports products and shipping from ebay. We need to code so all shipping methods are valid regardless of the address entered.
