Fix a bug in a trading view pinescript strategy

The script is about 95% done. I have a trend signal that will plot arrows on the chart. The candle that creates the signal is the signal bar, and the candle with the arrow is the entry bar. I want to add 2 filters to those signals. 1. For a long trade, the signal bar must have a growing MACD histogram(dark green colour) and for a short trade, the signal bar must have a falling MACD histogram. 2. For a long trade, the day of or the day immediately after a full moon must be on the signal bar or the entry bar. For a short trade, the day of or the day immediately after a new moon must fall on the signal bar or the entry bar. I got this done by a freelance programer, and he got really close, but for some reason, the criteria for the original signal was changed in the process and the script will plot arrows at places where it shouldn't. I only want those filters to cancel the ones from the initial script, not have them initiate a new type of signal. I will send you detailed images showing all of this. In the 2 last images, I was showing the other programmer how his script was making mistakes. He did add the filters but then it stopped following the rules of the original system.
