Property management trust accouting webbased software Product Sourcing

I am looking for a property management / trust accounting software which preferable can be used over the internet (ie web based). Typically the software would then be used by my clients which have between 10-90 properties to manage within their own little complex. I would like open source OR someone to build customised software OR I would re-sell another companies software. The software I am chasing would have strong functionality and include such features as: * trust account receipting - print and email receipts to tenants * bank import - import trust account statement and software can recognise bank codes to allocate rent * owner setup, tenant setup, property setup, creditors setup * daily reconciliation functions * CCD scanner support for payment of invoices and bills * reports for tenants, ie arrears etc * end of month distribution - owner and creditor statements emailed - bank export file (ABA) created for EFT to owners * inspections - ideally using an app via the web the property manager could upload the unit inspection results into the database In the past I have used a program called Gateway Console however this program is constly and is not web based.
