I need someone to work with us and design an app. for iphone, ipad and droid with a focus on utilities and GPS. I am searching for individual freelancers or teams who will work full time on my project. Please do not apply if you will not work full time . Developer(s) must be willing to take a phased development pay model, where our firm will only pay after the completion of benchmarks in the development cycle.
