Title: Seeking an Office 365 Expert for Business Process Implementation and Automation Description: We are a company looking for a highly skilled Office 365 professional with proven experience in implementing and optimizing this productivity suite for businesses. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency, systematize task management, and automate the processing and reporting of technical visit data. Project Requirements: Office 365 Implementation: Setup and customization of Office 365 to meet our specific business needs, including email, Teams, OneDrive, and more. Task and Time Management: Development of an efficient system for managing tasks and tracking time spent by the team, integrating tools like Planner or Microsoft To Do. Automation and Report Generation: Creation of automated workflows, possibly using Power Automate, for the collection and processing of technical visit data, generating accessible and understandable reports. Shared Cloud Spaces: Establishment of shared cloud spaces for effective collaboration with clients and third parties, ensuring proper data permissions and security management. Required Skills and Experience: In-depth knowledge of Office 365 and its applications. Experience in implementing task management and time tracking systems.
