We are seeking Virtual Assistants who will serve as CS Reps for our Real Estate Firm. Responsibilities will include routing maintenance calls for existing tenants and transferring calls to proper departments, scheduling showings, etc. phone work is minimal (2-3 hours per week), and most support will be provided online.
Applicants should have a good grasp of computers, programs such as word and excel, as well as be professional and well spoken. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. College experience desired.
Pay is $18.25 per hour, paid weekly and you should be able to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, with the maximum being 40 hours.

My quote is based on the 15 hours multiplied by the $18.75 but I can handle more hours. Currently, I am a 40 year old English major in college and am at home five days a week. I have job experience as a dj for three radio stations and have an excellent phone voice. My work as an office manager in a doctor's office also has given me a great deal of experience in customer service and the handling of problems both large and small.
Me and my friend just started an online business and will charge you $10/hour as our going rate and work for you as CS reps for 15 hours a week as the starting ground.
