Fix one line of code in python that gives value of a median match with Matlab's column 20 features.mat(it should take 20 minutes of your work if you are python, matlab expert

I have python code converted from matlab. In the python code, look at feature 19 is featMat[i][19] = [login to view URL](v[max([end - 3, 0])]). It gives a bunch values that does not match with matlab [login to view URL] (attached) result column number 20. I want you to match my featMat[i][19] result with [login to view URL]'s column 20. You are an expert in python- it should take you at most 20 minutes. [login to view URL] --- is the python code converted from matlab data.csv- you need to keep in the same folder of [login to view URL] so that you can run [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is the matlab result that you need to match column 20 with feature[0][19] in my code and fix any problem to make sure my feature[0][19] matches with [login to view URL] column 20 exactly. Currently, it does not match. All other features match When you run [login to view URL] it will generate [login to view URL] that you can use to match with features.mat.
