Hello! I read your project description, and found it really interesting. I am an engineer and I have used both Matlab and python to solve similar problems before. If I understand you right you need an efficient way to obtain the various figures on different beams with various loads. the program could take input from a file, and output the figures you need as png formatted pictures, if needed. or one could make a nice GUI. Whatever suits your need! Do you want the code to calculate the second moment area also, or do you have this value?
