Python Fix Windows-only Tkinter issue

When my Python program is executed on Windows, an empty Tkinter window pops up during execution (at about the 70% progress mark), and freezes the program. Python itself doesn't show an error or exception, the program simply seems to give up at a certain point. The issue only occurs on Windows, not on Mac. . I cannot (yet) provide the code due to confidentiality reasons, but it looks like a straightforward case of a some small redesign of queuing of processes. If you can take a look at it within the next few hours, we can work together. Standard stuff for someone with Tkinter and cross-platform experience.
