Rebuild website and make it into a automated storefront

[login to view URL] has become the number one website in the world for bringing Challenge Coin Collectors together to discuss our hobby. However, it is a very unprofessional looking website as I have designed it with the basic html that I know. It serves as a page to redirect people to other forums, because I don't know how to build my own. I tried to create a store out of it, but it isn't automated, so I don't get many sales from it, only from eBay where I am one of the leaders in the niche market. I need this site to become a self functioning website with a store, & forum where people can also sign up as members and all customers become members. I need the ability to enter current members as members. Members should get discounts too. I want the freedom to change text with my limited html knowledge and for the store I just need to upload a jpg and text about the coin. I need the template to be basic so I can clone some of my other business website ideas off of it. It should be similar to what I have already, except not as ametuerish. You can probably do this with an existing template you have on file. I don't want anything flashy. In your bid, I need to see some of your past work. I don't have a huge budget, but I am loyal to those that I work with. I may need help with future projects and I can refer you to other entreprenuers like myself. Thank you for you consideration.
