My name is Jaime A. Restrepo, I live in the United States, where I work as a computer consultant and I also write books on how to use Computers, in Spanish. Due to this a few years ago I purchased a Domain name; [login to view URL], which is also the name of one of my books, and shortly thereafter I began noticing that people from all over (USA, South America, Central America and even Spain) began visiting it. And for a while I didn’t do anything there, and now I would like ideas on how I can make this a destination, so that people all over the Spanish speaking world, can use it, organized by country. So I am looking for someone that helps me with ideas on what I need to do to improve it. For instance previous years I even had this page organized by countries, so people would click on the particular country, and find links that referred to that country, like online newspapers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
