Hi marketers, I own an animation studio specializing in whiteboard explainer videos and I’m looking for an experienced marketer specialist to handle ALL marketing aspects of the business. The person I hire needs to research the business, my target audience and then discuss and take action to attract new clients and keep them coming back. You have to be able to work independently and without my guidance. You’ll bring new ideas to the table and implement them from start to finish. I need someone who recognizes what needs to be done and takes action daily to expand the business. Your tasks will vary from day to day, but you will work on all aspects of marketing such as: - Creating and running ads (e.g. Social Media, Google Ads) - Creating and managing an affiliate marketing program - Managing (and creating) our social media pages and managing our blog - Creating and building an opt-in mailing list / Email marketing - Onsite and offsite SEO for improved rankings - Coming up with creative/out of the box marketing strategies such as influencer marketing. - Help build and manage online reputation (trustpilot, facebook, google, sitejabber) - And so on. 75% of your time should be spent on efforts for short term results. 25% of your time should be spent on efforts for long term results. Depending on the results after the first month, we will continue working together on a monthly basis. Your monthly payments will be tied to your results. The better your results, the more you can earn. Payment: - $300 for the first month + a budget of $200 for ad expenses = $500 in total - In the first month your task is to show us that your actions translate into sales. Interested?
