As someone with intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, I'm seeking an expert to help me prepare for a Technical Support Engineer interview, specifically within the Service Cloud realm. Here are the focus areas I'm interested in: 1. Sales Cloud 2. Salesforce administrator certification 3. Salesforce platform developer 1 4. Basic technology questions 5. Behavioural questions. This person will ideally have significant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and be able to provide in-depth insights and advice on these modules. By leveraging their advanced knowledge, they'll assist in improving my understanding and grasp of the aforementioned areas to ensure my interview readiness. Having previous experience in similar interview preparation or coaching will be a huge plus.
