Website Redesign Needed!

PLEASE.... NO CUT AND PASTE RESPONSES! I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO FILTER THROUGH THEM SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE BOTH OUR TIMES. THANK YOU! Okay, Now that I've gotten that off my chest. I need an idea on what it will cost to redesign [login to view URL] It is one of my clients (I do credit card processing)and they are a family owned operation with 17 locations. It looks like it needs a lot of work so please look it over thoroughly and tell me what you think you can do with it. I don't have any ideas right now but I welcome any suggestions you may have. They are a bit of an "Old-Fashion" bunch so definately nothing fancy. I have a business card with the logo on it that I will send over wants I choose someone. They do want a more professional website stuffed with a lot more info. They will also need one of those map locator things for each of their locations. Again, I am open to your ideas and I can provide pictures of each location if you want. I only need a redesign right now. If they like your work then I will have you add a shopping cart and all that other good stuff later. Please submit your bids along with any thoughts you may have. I must have some examples of your work as well since this is a big client of mine. If you do site maintinance and hosting as well then include your monthly fee so that I can make a better decision on who to choose. This will be ongoing work for the right candidate because I have a lot more clients that need assisting as well. I can pay half upfront and the other half once it is complete.
