562902 CSS edits to display html site on a iPad

My html website - [login to view URL] - looks great on a desktop/laptop using latest versions of IE, FF, Chrome, etc. However, I've now been told on an iPad the phone number in the upper right corner of every page appears cut off. The last 4 digits are missing. Also the top menu navigation bar does not function properly. The drop-down menu selections don't appear. So..I need a CSS expert with an iPad to do whatever to fix these 2 issues. It's a requirement the person I hire have an iPad in order to verify the work has been correctly (i.e. provide a screenshot). I consider my knowledge in CSS to be average. By no means am I an expert. I've tried to analyze the CSS I'm using for the header elements, but I just can't seem to figure out "why" this is happening exclusively on an iPad, or perhaps other tablets for that matter... Please provide me your assessment.
