SEO professional / team

hello, we are looking for a relationship with a results oriented SEO professional or firm. we have quite a few SEOs that we are looking to maintain the rankings on as well as increase them. We are also taking in new clients that have brand new sites that need SEO work. for these we would like to see results within 3-4 months on the highend. only bids that include the following packet will be considered: 1. $600 or less per year per full SEO (12 month period) 2. $200 or so per existing site with SEO that needs maintainance work 3. provide a word document with a site url, key phrase list 4. provide a sample key phrase ranking report for #3 5. provide links to stats for sites in 3 that show the expansion and progress of your work 6. details onto methods you use to increase ranking, gain ranking and increase PR - i am not looking for generic sentences but unique approaches. please provide 3 or more such packets for each site in #3 thank you.
