Facebook+Blackberry App - Bid together!!

My project is fairly straight forward; i would like a scaled down clo-ne of the Flixster Facebook application ([login to view URL]) and a corresponding blackbery application that pushes the notifications from the site to user blackberry phones. This application should have the ability to enable the following scenario: "Imagine a new movie will be opening in cinemas... the admin of the application should be able to post a message,some pictures,trailer videos etc about the upcoming movie and people that had previously liked the application will see it on their newsfeeds and can click buttons to indicate interest in seeing the movie..this feedback from the user will show up in the news feeds of all their friends with extra information stating that if a certain number of friends opt to join their friend to see the movie, then they will each get a certain discount" More details will be made available to competent interested programmers. Please review the Flixster application on facebook and indicate if you can create a simpler but similar version of such an application... PLEASE DO NOT BID OUTRAGEOUS !! thank you.
