we would be using Cisco 2951 as the services and user count takes around 10mbps bandwidth and we can take 1700 switches for the man side but that is not going to create any much effect,I guess we are not using any routing protocol at man side to I suggest that layer 2 switch will work for us,now we have to decide vlans for our traffic which is the imp point and configuration for vpn over internet is not a big deal just a static route from ISP to lab will work other vpn config at our end will work,I will provide you with config templates and config which we are going to put and I have while set of implementations as well,and also 24 port switches will work for us and also decide cos parameters as we are having service as well the config will be like this on router policy-map ce-wan-queuing-SBVo ! class voice watever components we want to match then routing protocol router eigrp <EIGRP_AS#>or OSPFor rip or static redistribute <Syntax> network <CE_ETH_NETWORK_ADDRESS> <CE_ETH_WILDCARD_MASK> default-metric <syntax> no auto-summary exit ! 2951 dont see vlans so watever is configured on switch it will pass all, so no need of vlans, i would like to provide more details in form of attachments but this board is too short, i just dnt want to say much but i have full ISP exposure as i m working with largest european service provider and have many resources in forms of configs, guides, standards with me and would provide you with watever is needed by you

Do you need a separate firewall to be installed on site? I can advise a firewall model that can suite your current setup and can support expansion. greetings! ccna freelancer here, i have seen your topology and i see you include asa, router and L3 switch, do you need config for al 3 devices? can make shortly the configs for router , vpn, and the L3 switch... the voip gateway will take lil longer but its ok, just say when can we start. with regards...
