This is my second posting. People are just applying before even reading the spec. Please do me and your self a favor and do ware time. Only apply if you are able to meet this requirement else you will not be considered. I am NOT looking for a one time scrape solution. This is a real Machine Learning, Arificsl Intelligence project. I am looking for a solution where the algorithm to continously searche the www and throw back results based in product categories. Ideally. This is how it should work. If you can do this I want to hear from you else please don't bother applying. 1. Based on any given product category this app will continue to search the net and report back on the most popular products, hot selling products, trends etc for that specific category. For example if we were selling a black coffe table with gold feet it would go and look at the most popular sites that sell this product and report back on product data based on this coffe table. Manufacturers, sellers, price, websites etc. We should not have to point it to any specific site it should be intelligent enough to search it self. Off course the big market places will be an instant place where you go but this app should look across the web and focus on the product search as sppose to which market place to scrape. This app will be integrated to a market place website and will give sellers an oppertunity to compare their products with other products that are out there. I want the data to be reported back in a very intuitive dashboard with awsome analytics which will set alerts for the suppliers so that they get product intelligence based on what they are searching for. Looking at some one who can think out of the box and investigate several ways of doing this not just scraping or search engine search scripts. I want minimal reliance on manual processes so getting this automated is important. Who ever is able to do this and come up with a great proposal will also be considered for phase 2 which is development and integration of this application into a market place e- commerce website.

Hi, I have gone through requirements. Its not a simple task. You are asking to scrap the whole web and give your results ? Do you want to replace google search ? I along with team have worked on scrapping of sites like ebay, amazon, 6 pm etc. It requires a lot of resources. It requires a lot of paid proxy IPs, cloud server with parallel processing. Are you able to bear these expenses ? Simpler way is to scrap data on daily basis beforehand and then use NLP to show results. Another way is that we put user search on google search engine through Selenium and then show results returned by Google. I don't think that you want to have your own gigantic database where you will have all products with prices etc.

Create ML pipelines in kubeflow to allow an ai to extract product details, images and pricing information for any website without having to pass in elements on the page. 2. Create a Search engine bot which will take a query like: “black coffee table gold feet for sale”. The bot will then search the web, extract matching results and pass the url to the AI pipeline explained in #1 to begin scraping product details on each matching the site. 3. Matching products will then be presented to the user.

Hello, this is something I know I could do. I have a lot of experience with webscraping and love building these algorithms. I'd be happy to discuss how my past projects (in particular one for Xerox Canada, and another for Amazon Storefront data collection and automation) have informed my thinking and design for this project. My further questions on requirements would be are there any preferences in regards to speed and accuracy? Eg. Case 1: Returns thousands of results but takes a long time or case 2: returns 100 detailed results in preferably under 2 minutes When you say product data, is this meant generally as in any I can find or do you have particular product details in mind? I expect this to take 14 days to the variability of what you're looking for. I'll need to make sure the code is smart enough to deal with a great majority of cases and consistently finds the right answers. Very curious to learn more, even just through a quick chat so that I can provide you with a better understanding of what I intend to do.
