I have extensive experience in web api development and uses. I have total 15+ years of experience in .NET Technologies out of which 9 Years in ASP.NET MVC with C#. Hi what does exactly you mean by manipulation of resources ? do you need to implement Rest API having access to only those points which are available through Service provider config and resource types ?
