Credit Rating Software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed. I have a Credit Rating Agency in Ecuador. The name is Summaratings. We qualify the capacity of a corporate to paid his Debt. The methodology has 7 Chapters: 1) Corporate Intro and Credit Rating Rationality 2) Macroeconomic Environment, 3) Industry Outlook, 4) Business Strategy, 5) Corporate Governance, 6) Financial Strength, 7) Legal and Technical issues. I would like that the software has the capacity to combine data entry (numerical and alfanumerical). It will be the combination of database + Adobe document that allow the analysts to work on that as team. In my case, I can supervise the development of the report in all areas. It is important to us because we have a Quality Certification (ISO:9001) by Bureu Veritas. I have the idea that each Chapters has a Spreadsheet where the analysts can work together doing data entry and also writing the report. The program also has to combine the information and do a little relations and own analysis.
