There are basically three possibilities that can cause this error. First is whether the blackboard you are using has LTI enabled. Second is a newline or other invalid character. in the data being passed. it can also happen if there is a discrepancy with the blackboard clock. I believe I can help you troubleshoot and tell you how to fix whichever issue(s) are occurring.
