J2SE - Java Code To Insert Image & Sign In PDF Documents - iText or PdfBox Library

This project is to write Java J2SE code to insert an image and a sign in a PDF document. You will preferably add this code to my existing J2SE source code that does conversions from CSV / MySql to PDF and vice versa. At present we are using the iText library's older version that used to be free for commercial purposes. So you have to check if the last free version of iText has the api to do this kind of insertion of Images or signatures at the time of edit / creation. We do not want to use the latest version of iText library as it is not free for commercial / business purposes.a So it iText is not an option then you can tell us what other open source / free library options we can choose. How about Apache's pdfBox? At the time of bidding please send me what are some of the common methods available to manipulate images. For example insert at a certain location, turn or twist the image, re-size the image etc etc. Also provide link to some online documentation / reference to API. Only bid on this if you have experience with either iText or pdf.
