I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this Twitter auto tweets software to tweet ,status and pictures. I need to be able to set a date and time and software will automatically tweet to those settings. I need just a simple design. I need to be able to add multiple accounts.

I would develop the application in php and use cron to trigger the schedule, with a mysql database and an angular front end. I just did a similar project, except it only needed one Twitter account
