We have a real estate team that has many steps to the work flow. I want to start with the major starting point and be able to build up from there. Right now, we would like to have a program that fits our work flow. It was suggested by a client that smartsheets would do what we need. For example, we get a contract to sell a home. We then send in a stager to make a hit list of work, then we order all the quotes (carpet, paint, lights....) and then we put that all in a spreadsheet. We iron out an approved bid of the work with the seller and send out work orders.
