I can develop your application within your budget. There are 2 ways I can develop your application 1. With Struts 2. With JSF . Depends on your scalability needs we can/cannot use EJB on back end. I can take care your UI design as well within project cost. Plese answer few more questions: - Do you require login page? - is there any specific roles and security needs to be carried out in this application? - What kind of files the upload and download should handle? - What kind of sorting and filter we need to take care?
